RW Copywriting provides professional copywriting services including thought leadership articles, case study writing, email nurture sequences, website copy, long-form sales pages, and social media copy packs. All services are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped at any time.
All orders are paid in full at time of purchase via Stripe. Prices are in US Dollars. By completing checkout you authorize the charge shown on the Stripe payment page. Your card is charged immediately upon completion of the Stripe Checkout flow.
After payment, a project brief intake form is sent within one business day. Work begins when the completed brief is received and confirmed. If no brief is received within 14 days of the form being sent, we will follow up once. If no response is received within a further 7 days, the project may be treated as abandoned per the Refund Policy.
Starter Package: first draft within 7 business days. Signature Package: 5 business days. Authority Package: 3 business days. The 48-Hour Rush add-on reduces the window on any package. All windows begin from the date the brief is confirmed, not the payment date. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Starter includes 2 revision rounds. Signature and Authority include unlimited revisions. Revisions apply to the scope defined in the approved outline. Significant direction changes after copy has been written may require a revised scope and pricing discussion.
Upon full payment and final delivery, you receive full ownership of the delivered copy. You may use, modify, and publish it without restriction. We retain no rights to use the delivered copy for portfolio or promotional purposes without your written permission.
All client information, briefs, strategies, and materials are treated as confidential. We do not discuss or share client project details with third parties. An NDA is available on request before any project commences.
You may not use our services to produce copy intended for illegal activity, fraud, deliberate consumer deception, or any content that violates applicable law. Misrepresentation of the intended use of copy may result in project termination without refund.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, conversion rates, or revenue resulting from delivered copy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stark County, Ohio.
