When you contact us or place an order, we collect first name, last name, email address, phone number, and country. Project briefs, notes, and reference materials are also received when you provide them voluntarily.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive, store, or process card numbers, CVV codes, or banking details. Only a payment confirmation reference is provided to us.
Web server logs include IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and referring URLs. This data is used for security monitoring and site operations only and is not sold or shared.
Your cookie consent preference is stored in browser localStorage under the key rwx_cookie. This value is never transmitted to our servers.
We do not add you to any marketing list without explicit consent. We do not send promotional emails to customers who have not opted in.

Order and billing records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for legal and accounting purposes. Project briefs and delivered copy are retained for 90 days after project completion, then deleted. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 3 years.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@rw-copywriting.com. We respond within 30 calendar days.
All pages use HTTPS. Access to client data is limited to the project writer and is not shared externally. We do not store payment card data at any point.
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
We may update this policy as our practices change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site following a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
