This policy applies to all purchases made through rw-copywriting.com. Eligibility for a refund depends on the stage of the project at the time cancellation is requested.
If you cancel before returning the completed project brief intake form, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $25.00 administrative processing fee. To request: email hello@rw-copywriting.com with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method via Stripe.
If you cancel after submitting the brief but before active writing has started, you are eligible for a 75% refund. The remaining 25% covers research, strategy, and project setup time that cannot be recovered.
If delivered copy materially fails to address the approved brief, contact us within 7 days of first draft delivery with specific written feedback. We will review the brief and the copy, and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include additional revision rounds, partial credit, or in exceptional circumstances a partial refund. We do not process refund requests based on general dissatisfaction without reference to the agreed brief.
Add-ons such as Research and Competitor Analysis or 48-Hour Rush Delivery follow the same schedule as the base package. The Rush Delivery surcharge is non-refundable once work has commenced within the expedited window.
Completed consultation sessions are non-refundable. Sessions cancelled with more than 12 hours notice may be rescheduled within 60 days. Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours notice are non-refundable.
If no brief is received within 21 days of the intake form being sent, the project is treated as abandoned and a 50% refund is issued automatically, minus the $25.00 administrative fee.
Email hello@rw-copywriting.com with your order reference and the reason for your request. We acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days via the original Stripe payment method.
