All services provided by RW Copywriting are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped at any time, to any address, under any circumstance.
Completed copy is delivered via a shared Google Document link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Alternative formats -- Microsoft Word, plain text, formatted HTML, or structured CMS-ready text -- are available on request at no additional charge. Specify your preferred format in the project brief.
All delivery windows begin from the date the completed project brief intake form is received and confirmed, not from the date of payment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal public holidays. Submission of the brief on a Friday may result in the window beginning the following Monday.
Revisions are delivered in the same shared document. You will receive an email notification when each revision round is complete. Revision rounds have a 7-day review window from notification date. No response within 7 days is treated as approval of the current draft and the project moves forward.
All delivery notifications are sent to the email address provided at checkout. We recommend adding hello@rw-copywriting.com to your safe sender list. If a delivery notification is not received within the stated window, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
If a project requires additional time beyond the standard window due to project complexity, we notify you before the deadline and agree on a revised timeline. No extra time is taken without your explicit agreement.
