RW Copywriting is a one-studio operation in North Canton, Ohio. Nine years writing B2B copy for companies ranging from venture-backed SaaS to century-old professional services firms. The work is done in-house by a single senior copywriter with a research assistant -- not routed to a team of generalists or outsourced overseas.
The approach is strategic before it is creative. Good copy does not come from a clever idea in the shower. It comes from understanding what the reader already believes, what they are afraid of, and what it would take to change their mind. We spend more time on research and positioning than most writers spend on the draft.
Most clients come through referral. The work is too niche for broad appeal and too labor-intensive for high volume. We take on five to eight active projects at any one time and that is intentional.
