What is your minimum project size?
The Starter package at $187.40 is the entry point and covers a single deliverable. There is no minimum below that, but single pieces below that scope are generally better suited to a retainer arrangement.
How do you learn a client's voice?
We listen before we write. Every project starts with a brief that includes questions about tone, audience, and things you never want to say. We read your existing content, your competitors' content, and your customer reviews before we start.
What if the first draft is completely wrong?
It has happened. If a first draft fundamentally misses the brief, we start again from scratch. The revision policy is built around getting it right, not protecting a draft count.
Do you use AI tools to write?
No. All copy is written by a person who has read the brief and done the research. We use AI tools for research and reference but never as a drafting engine. The copy you receive is written by a human copywriter.
How long does a typical project take?
Starter projects are delivered in 7 business days. Signature projects in 5. Authority projects have a 3-day turnaround window. All timelines start from the date the completed brief is confirmed, not the payment date.
Can I request a sample before ordering?
Yes. Email hello@rw-copywriting.com with your industry and the type of copy you need and we will send relevant samples before any commitment is made.
What formats do you deliver in?
Google Docs by default. Word, plain text, HTML, or formatted CMS-ready copy available on request. Specify in the brief and there is no additional charge.
Is payment required upfront?
Yes. Full payment is required before work begins. All orders are processed via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
